    Ingredients

    • ½ cup yellow chickpeas (65 g)
    • 1 tbsp cocoa (8 g)
    • 1 tsp coconut oil
    • ½ cup hazelnuts (50 g)
    • 10 dates (200 g)
    • 2 tbsp hot water
    • 1 tbsp Splenda Stevia Crystal (10 g)

    Soak the dates in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 minutes to soften them. Then remove the seeds and chop them well in a food processor. Similarly, chop the chickpeas and hazelnuts.

    Put 2 tbsp hot water and 1 tbsp Stevia Crystal in a small bowl and stir until dissolved.

    Put all these ingredients in a bowl and knead until you get a homogenous consistency and refrigerate for half an hour to set the consistency.

    Then remove from the refrigerator, make walnut-sized balls and roll in hazelnut pieces for decoration.
