    Ingredients

    • 1 small apple (110 g)
    • Ginger half the size of a thumb (10 g)
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 8 cardamom pods
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric
    • 10 black peppercorns
    • 500 ml of drinking water
    • 4 Splenda Sweet Minis

    Thinly slice the apple and ginger and place in a small saucepan. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom, black pepper, turmeric powder and drinking water.

    After boiling over medium heat for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and remove the cinnamon stick, cardamom and black peppercorns.

    Blend the remaining apple and ginger tea mixture in a blender, add 4 Splenda Sweet Minis.
