- 1 x 220 g can pineapple rings in juice, drained, juice reserved
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 175 g self raising flour, sifted

Place the remaining butter in a large mixing bowl, add the Splenda Granulated and cream until well combined. Gradually beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the flour and fold in with the reserved pineapple juice. Divide the mixture between the basins and level the surface.

Cover the basins with non-stick baking parchment and secure with an elastic band. Place in the steamer and cook for 30 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Turn out into warm bowls and serve with the Splenda Custard.
