    Ingredients

    • 1 finger size of fresh ginger (40 g)
    • 3-4 stalks of limongras (lemon grass)
    • 500 ml of drinking water
    • 6 cardamom pods
    • 10 black peppercorns
    • 4 Splenda Sweet Minis

    To intensify the flavor of the fresh ginger, cook it in a grill pan or in the oven until it has a little color.

    In a sauce pan, add the ginger, lemongrass, drinking water, cardamom and black pepper. Boil for about 10 minutes.

    Remove from the stove, strain through a sieve and stir in Splenda Sweet Minis.
