    • 150 ml light milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp matcha powder (4 g)
    • 60 ml hot water
    • Enough ice to fill half of the serving glass
    • 3 Splenda Sweet Minis

    Put 4 grams of matcha powder in a small mixing bowl. Add 60 ml of water at about 70°C and mix with a matcha whisk or any mixer until the matcha dissolves well and foams.

    Fill half of a serving glass with ice, then add 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

    Add the matcha mixture you prepared earlier to this iced milk mixture and mix.
