- 250 ml light milk
- 1 tsp butter (5 g)

- ½ packet light cream (100 g)
- 15 tsp Splenda Granulated (7 g)
For the filling and topping
- 1 packet sugar-free biscuits (73 g)
- 2 medium-sized bananas

Instructions
Transfer the mixture to another bowl and beat with a mixer for 4–5 minutes to help it cool and thicken. Then refrigerate the custard until fully chilled.
In a separate bowl, beat the light cream with a mixer until thick and fluffy.
Add the whipped cream to the cooled custard and mix gently with a spatula until smooth. Your creamy custard is now ready.
Crush the biscuits into small pieces using a bag or food processor. Slice the bananas.
Spoon half of the cream mixture into serving bowls and sprinkle with half of the crushed biscuits. Arrange banana slices around the edges and in the center. Add the remaining cream, then top with the rest of the biscuits.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
