    • 30 g unsweetened dark chocolate
    • 1 tsp cocoa powder (7 g)
    • 1 pinch of salt (Himalayan/rock salt)
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened caramel sauce (15 g)

    Add milk, chocolate, cocoa powder, salt, and 3 Splenda Sweet Minis to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts and the milk comes to a boil. Remove the boiling chocolate milk mixture from the heat and stir in the sugar-free caramel sauce.
