    Ingredients

    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (about 5 cm)
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 250 ml soy sauce (1 cup)
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch (10 g)
    • 120 ml of drinking water
    • 4 g Splenda Granulated (1 tbsp)

    Grate the garlic and fresh ginger into a mixing bowl. Add the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and Splenda Granulated and mix well. Add 120ml of drinking water and mix again.
