- 2 leaves of gelatine
- 800 ml reduced fat single cream
- 1 vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped out
- 3 heaped tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

In the meantime, place the single cream and the vanilla seeds in a saucepan.

Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Remove the soaked gelatine leaves from the bowl and gently squeeze out any excess water.

Incorporate the gelatine leaves and Splenda Granulated Sweetener into the cooled cream.

Leave to cool down completely, stirring from time to time.

Pour the mixture evenly into 6 glasses.

Place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Tip
Serve Panna Cotta with red fruit coulis. If you prefer an exotic flavour, add to the Panna Cotta 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and replace the vanilla with rose water.
