    • 45 ml gin
    • 120 ml sugar-free tonic water
    • 2 sprigs thyme
    • 2 sprigs rosemary
    • 2 sage leaves
    • 60 ml water
    • Ice
    • Lemon (optional)

    In a saucepan, make the simple syrup by combining Splenda Sweet Minis, water, thyme, rosemary, and sage. Place over medium heat. Stir until all of the tablets have dissolved and let this softly simmer for about 3 minutes.


    Strain herbs from the syrup and place the syrup in a container (this step can be done in advance). Makes about 60 ml syrup, enough for multiple drinks.


    Add 8 ml (or more, if you desire) of the syrup and the tonic to the glass and stir. Decorate with your preferred herbs, lemon (optional), and ice.
