- 6 egg whites + 4 yolks
- 240 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 80 g light butter, cubed
- 3 tablespoons espresso coffee
- 3 heaped tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

Remove from heat, then add the coffee and the Splenda Granulated.

Add the egg yolks and mix well.

Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until very stiff.

Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
