    Simple cinnamon syrup

    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • Pinch of ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 10 Splenda Sweet Minis

    Cobbler smash

    • 90 ml sugar-free cranberry juice
    • 30 ml bourbon
    • 30-60 ml sparkling water
    • Crushed ice
    • Cinnamon stick for garnish

    For the simple syrup


    Combine Splenda Sweet Minis, cinnamon stick, pinch of cinnamon and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the Splenda Sweet Minis have dissolved, softly simmering for approximately 2 minutes. Set aside to cool, then stir in the vanilla extract.

    For the drink


    Stir your cinnamon syrup before using. Start by adding 1 teaspoon of the syrup into a glass or shaker (you can add more, depending on your preferred sweetness), add the cranberry juice and bourbon and stir or shake well. Fill a glass with crushed ice. Add the mixture and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
