- 180 g long-grain rice
- 1 lt low-fat milk
- Lemon zest
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

Pour milk into a large saucepan. Bring to boil.

Lower heat. Add rice and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Splenda Granulated, lemon zest and cinnamon stick. Cook for another 5 minutes or until most of the milk is absorbed.

Remove from heat and cool. Discard cinnamon stick.

Pour into 6 serving glasses.

Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.
Tip
Cinnamon stick can be replaced with vanilla sticks.
