    Ingredients

    • 3 ripe bananas
    • 2 apples in cubes
    • 150 g oats
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 3 eggs
    • ½ teaspoon of salt
    • 10 g SPLENDA® Granulated

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Line a cake tin with baking paper.

    Grind the oats into oat flour in the food processor.

    Now add all the ingredients except the apple, and 1 banana, and mix into a batter.

    Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.

    Spoon the apple pieces, through the batter.

    Divide the batter over the cake tin, slice the last banana in 2 pieces and place them on top of the cake.

    Place in the oven for 45 minutes.
