    • 70 g oatmeal
    • 45 g almonds, chopped
    • 25 g unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 140 g peanut butter light
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 45 g dried cranberries, roughly chopped
    • 6 g Splenda Granulated

    Preheat the oven to 175°C. Combine the oatmeal, almonds, and coconut and bake for approximately 8 minutes (stirring in between), or until golden. Set aside to cool.

    Put the peanut butter in a medium microwave-proof bowl and microwave until runny (approximately 40 seconds). Combine the peanut butter with the baked mixture, chai seeds and cranberries. Create balls of approximately 3 -4 cm and refrigerate. Store in a container.
