    • 40 g plain flour
    • 1 scoop (26 g) protein powder
    • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
    • 150 ml skimmed milk
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 tbsp Splenda Granulated

    Mix the dry ingredients, then incorporate the wet ingredients to form a pancake batter using a whisk. Adjust the liquid as needed, particularly with certain flours and protein powders that may require more.


    Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.


    Grease a large nonstick skillet and heat it over medium heat. Pour in half of the batter into the pan. Once the edges appear dry, flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side until golden brown.
