    • 400 g apple, thinly sliced
    • 10 g butter, melted
    • 150 g fat-free quark
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 8 g baking powder
    • 6 g Splenda Granulated

    Preheat the oven to 160°C.

    Mix apple and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients into a smooth batter.

    Add the apple cinnamon to the batter and combine. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper, then pour in the mixture.

    Bake for approximately 45-55 minutes until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.
