    Ingredients

    • 175 ml freshly squeezed orange juice strained through a fine mesh strainer
    • 7 g gelatin
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 240 g full-fat plain Greek yogurt or skyr
    • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
    • Finely grated zest of 1 orange
    • Pinch of salt
    • 13 g Splenda Granulated

    Pour the juice into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 3 minutes.

    Add the Splenda Granulated and salt to the mixture. Heat over medium heat until the gelatine dissolves. Remove the saucepan from the heat and transfer the mixture to a large bowl.

    Whisk the vanilla, orange zest, and yogurt into the orange juice mixture. Set it aside.

    Whip the cream to medium peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture until fully combined.

    Pour the mousse into individual serving cups and chill for at least two hours.
