    • 170 g ripe mangos, diced
    • 70 ml full-fat coconut milk
    • 2 tbsp cold water
    • 2 gelatin leafs
    • ¾ tbsp Splenda Granulated

    Blend the mangos into a smooth puree and set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix cold water and gelatin until the gelatin becomes soft.

    Add Splenda Granulated, coconut milk, and mango puree to the gelatin mixture. Whisk until smooth.

    Heat the mixture in a pot until the gelatin dissolves, stirring frequently.
