    • Pinch of salt
    • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 350 ml cups skimmed milk
    • 50 g unsweetened dark chocolate chips
    • 3 tbsp Splenda Granulated

    Chocolate Ganache

    For the pancakes


    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, Splenda Granulated, baking powder (and baking soda, if included) along with salt. 


    Add butter (or oil), vanilla, and milk, then whisk until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.


    Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat, using cooking oil spray. Pour small batches of the batter into the pan and cook until the surface develops bubbles and the bottom sets. Flip and cook until fully done. Repeat with the remaining batter.

    For the ganache


    Begin by melting the chocolate, utilizing either a microwave or stovetop (choose your preferred method). Stir the melted chocolate with a fork until it achieves a smooth consistency.


    Add the milk and Splenda, and whisk the mixture until it becomes smooth, and transforms into a creamy sauce.


    Serve over the pancakes.
