    Ingredients

    • 3 medium-sized ripe or browned bananas
    • 2 medium eggs
    • 4 tbsp strained yogurt (80 g)
    • 4 tbsp ricotta cheese (60 g)
    • 2 tbsp liquid oil (20 g)
    • 1 cup oat flour (150 g)
    • 50 g unsweetened dark chocolate
    • 1 packet baking powder
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 5 g nonfat dry milk powder
    • 10 tsp Splenda Stevia Crystal (10 g)

    In a deep mixing bowl, first mash the bananas with a fork; add the eggs, vegetable oil, yogurt, blended ricotta cheese, and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.

    Then add the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, nonfat milk powder, cinnamon, and Splenda Stevia Crystal, and beat with a mixer for another 2-3 minutes until smooth.

    Cut the sugar-free dark chocolate into small pieces with a knife, lightly dust them with flour to prevent them from sinking, then add them to the batter; this time, mix with a spatula.

    Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 50 minutes.
