Once proved, add the flour, salt and baking powder and beat with a mixer until smooth. Cover and leave to prove again for 30-40 minutes. Then stir the dough once to release the air.

To cook, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease with butter. Scoop 1 heaped tablespoon of dough and pour into the pan. When the dough rises and the bottom browns, cook the other side. Cook all the dough this way.
