    Ingredients

    • 150 g frozen or fresh strawberries (15 pieces)
    • ½ cup light milk (100 ml)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup flour (120 g)
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter (25 g)
    • ½ packet of baking powder
    • 2 g Splenda Granulated (2 full teaspoons)

    Instructions

    Mix the milk and strawberries in a blender, add Splenda Granulated and continue mixing.

    Beat 1 egg in another mixing bowl with a wire whisk. Add the milk mixture and melted butter and mix.

    Add flour and baking powder and continue mixing until it reaches the consistency of boza.

    Pour 1 tablespoon of the pancake mixture into the skillet over medium heat. When the bottom side is cooked, turn it over and cook the other side.

    Place on a serving plate and garnish with strawberries or berries.
