    • 1 medium frozen banana (70 g)
    • 1 small frozen peach (80 g)
    • ½ teacup frozen raspberries (60 g)
    • 2 tbsp strained yogurt (100g)
    • 1 small teacup of skimmed milk (80ml)
    • 2 tbsp of granola (30 g)
    • 1 tsp of chia seeds (5 g)
    • 1 tbsp of flaked or chopped almonds (6g)
    • Peach slices and raspberries for topping
    • 1 tbsp of Splenda Granulated
