    Ingredients

    For the dressing

    • 150 g light mayonnaise
    • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp Splenda Granulated

    For the salad

    • 875 g broccoli florets
    • 75 g red onion, chopped
    • 225 g low-sodium turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 25 g chopped pecans
    • 55 g shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
