    Ingredients

    • 2 medium diced avocados
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 158 ml of melted coconut oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon of salt
    • 70 g SPLENDA® Granulated

    Toppings

    • ½ cup chopped walnuts
    • Shredded coconut unsweetened

    Instructions

    In a blender or food processor, add the avocado, banana, Splenda Granulated, coconut oil, lemon and salt. Blend everything until creamy. Scrape the sides as needed.

    Pour the mixture into a 20 × 20 cm container lined with parchment paper.

    Throw the nuts and coconut on top if desired. Cover and place in the freezer to firm for at least 3 hours.

    Remove from freezer and cut into squares.
