Spread evenly in greased 8 × 4 inch (22 × 11 cm / 1½ L) loaf pan. Bake at 180°C for 45 – 50 minutes or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
