    Ingredients

    • 3 eggs
    • 2 x 125 g pots of yogurt (flavour of your choice)
    • 125 ml vegetable oil
    • 400 g self-raising flour
    • 6 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    Preheat oven to 150°C.

    Whisk 3 eggs and set aside.

    Empty the yogurt into a big bowl and add the vegetable oil, Splenda Granulated and flour.

    Pour over the eggs and whisk the mixture.

    Line two 1 lb loaf tins with greaseproof paper and pour in the mix.

    Bake for 50 minutes.
