    Ingredients

    • 125 ml skimmed milk
    • 1 tablespoon 0% fat yogurt
    • 40 g rolled oats
    • 5 g chia seeds
    • ⅓ teaspoon cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 10 g Pecans
    • 1 teaspoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    Combine all dry ingredients in a sealable container or glass.

    Next add the yogurt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

    And then add the Splenda Granulated and the milk.

    Then mix the oats together until you see no clumps. Seal or cover with a lid, and chill in the refrigerator overnight.

    The next morning, top the oats off with the pecans and (if desired) some extra Splenda Granulated and cinnamon.
