- 8 oranges, peeled
- 4 egg yolks
- Juice of one orange
- 2 tablespoons low-fat cream
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

Cut the peeled oranges into small pieces. Ensure all the white skin is removed.
Spread the orange pieces on a baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Splenda Granulated.
Place egg yolks in a salad bowl and add the remaining Splenda Granulated.
Whisk the mixture and slowly add in orange juice, followed by cream.
In separate bowl, whisk egg whites to form stiff peaks. Gently fold egg whites into the orange juice mixture.
Pour the mixture over the orange pieces and bake for 15 minutes.
