- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 40 g oats
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda

- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon Splenda Granulated
For the icing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon Splenda Granulated
