    • ½ banana, very ripe
    • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 40 g oats
    • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon poppyseeds
    • 2 tablespoons skimmed milk
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 tablespoon Splenda Granulated

    For the icing

    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 ½ tablespoon Splenda Granulated

    Combine all ingredients for the baked oatmeal in a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.

    Pour the mixture into an individual oven baking dish and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool completely.

    For the icing

    Combine Splenda Granulated with lemon juice and spread over the cooled dish.
