- 600ml 100% pomegranate juice
- 6 tbsp SPLENDA®
- 400ml tonic water or cava
- 60g pomegranate seeds
- Warm around 50ml of the juice then stir in the SPLENDA® to dissolve. Mix in the rest of the juice.
- Pour the pomegranate in to some flutes then top up with the bubbly or tonic water.
- Drop in a few pomegranate seeds to serve.
