Pomegranate Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 600ml 100% pomegranate juice
  • 6 tbsp SPLENDA®
  • 400ml tonic water or cava
  • 60g pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. Warm around 50ml of the juice then stir in the SPLENDA® to dissolve. Mix in the rest of the juice.
  2. Pour the pomegranate in to some flutes then top up with the bubbly or tonic water.
  3. Drop in a few pomegranate seeds to serve.
