    Ingredients

    • 6 egg whites + 4 yolks
    • 240 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
    • 80 g light butter, cubed
    • 3 tablespoons espresso coffee
    • 3 heaped tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    Instructions

    Put the chocolate and the butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of simmering water to melt.

    Remove from heat, then add the coffee and the Splenda Granulated.

    Add the egg yolks and mix well.

    Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until very stiff.

    Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.

    Pour the mousse into a glass bowl.

    Chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.

    Tip
    You can serve the mousse in individual glasses decorated with red fruits.
